Delivery Information
Next Day Delivery
Your order should be completed before 4:00pm on the day of despatch to be eligible for guaranteed next day delivery. We do however endeavour to send orders for next day delivery up until 5:00pm Monday-Friday but in busy periods we cannot guarantee an order will be despatched that day when it is placed after 4:00pm. We do our best to ensure the stock information display on our website is correct, so we can keep our delivery timescales accurate. In rare cases items with low stock can sometimes have unexpected delays, for example we may discover the last one in stock is faulty. In these cases our team will do their best to contact you to advise you of the options available to you. All delivery timescales on the website are quoted in working days.
Delivery Methods
Unlike many other websites, who use the less reliable and only partially trackable Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery service, we offer all customers the very reliable Royal Mail 'Next Day Guaranteed' Special Delivery Service - free with all UK orders, for that added peace of mind.
This service is fully trackable and we can track your item to your door. Proof of signature is also provided by Royal Mail.
International delivery is by Royal Mail International Signed For. This is also fully insured and trackable.
Delivery Notifications
You will receive an email when your order has been despatched. As we use a guaranteed next day delivery service (guaranteed before 1pm), you will know to expect your watch the next day.
If you are not in to receive the delivery, the Royal Mail will leave you a card. This will allow you to telephone them to arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time, or you can collect it from your local sorting office (most open until 8pm weekdays).
If for any reason the item is returned to us (e.g. incorrect address, item not called for), then we will inform you immediately by email as soon as we receive the item back. At which point, you will be given a choice whether you wish us to re-send the item or for you to cancel the order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you in full, the cost incurred returning the item to us. All deliveries are fully trackable and insured and in the unlikely event of your watch being lost in the post, we will immediately despatch a replacement.
