  • Placing an Order

    Purchasing from First Class Watches could not be easier. Our smooth online ordering process makes it simple and quick to order. To start, find the products that you wish to purchase by looking through the different brands and categories. Then add these items to your virtual shopping basket. From the shopping basket screen you may choose to checkout and complete your purchase. This will then prompt you for a few details required for your order. You will receive a confirmation on screen once your order is complete - then we'll do the rest.

  • Changing an Order

    If you wish to change the contents of your order or cancel your order you are advised to contact our team as soon as possible. This can be done by telephone or our by using our online contact form.

    Our service team will promptly tell you the status of your order and whether it is possible to change/cancel the order.

  • Not Received

    If you have not yet received your order it may of not yet been dispatched. In some cases it is necessary to order stock in from our manufacturer and this can extend delivery times. A delivery estimate is provided on screen before the product is ordered (For example: Delivered in 3-5 days).

    We may have had problems processing your order. If this is the problem we will have tried to contact you, check your emails and verify we have your correct phone number.

    In rare cases your order may have been lost in the post. In this case we may have to claim the insurance back and redespatch your order.

  • Returns

    We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on any item purchased from this website. You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.

    Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.

    You will need to bear the cost of return unless we are at fault. We recommend using an insured and tracked service which covers the item value in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.

    We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.
