Watch was packaged very well
Price was very good £70 off normal price + 10% off first purchase
Strap was altered and removed link in the box
Guarantee card filled and present
Customer services kept me updated
Delivery was not the best had 2 failed attempts to despatch - do to warehouse problems not stock, so had to alter work schedule twice - received on the 3rd given date - as delivery was free, not going to complain, as price and watch was perfect, looking for my next watch for my collection - I would say yes I would use again

First Class Watches were a brilliant company to deal with with, I am just starting my watch collection and purchased a PRX along with a Murph.

Amazing service, great price offered, tracked special delivery!

One issue I would highlight, I left my wrist size and my PRX wasn't resized, not the end of the world but disappointing.

Just purchased the new Certina Ds Diver on the black and gold nato strap. Really liked the look of it on the website, read reviews and got the watch up on YouTube and decided I would like to buy one. I'm so glad I did, wow what a fantastic looking watch in the flesh! Not to big, fits and sits lovely on the wrist and the nato gives it that something extra. Just a fabulous edition to my collection. Product: Hamilton Straps Stainless Steel Khaki Field Bracelet for 42mm Case Day Date H705350 (Bracelet Only) H695705109

The service is first class, the Bracelet arrived in two days,
Unfortunately the bracelet was not as described on the website as the Bracelet is advertised to fit any Khaki Field Hamilton watch with a 42mm case, the Bracelet is designed for a 38mm case that has a 20mm lug width and not the 22mm lug width on the 42mm case.
