Placing An Order

Purchasing from First Class Watches could not be easier. Our smooth online ordering process makes it simple and quick to order. To start, find the products that you wish to purchase by looking through the different brands and categories. Then add these items to your virtual shopping basket. From the shopping basket screen you may choose to checkout and complete your purchase. This will then prompt you for a few details required for your order. You will receive a confirmation on screen once your order is complete - then we'll do the rest.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change the contents of your order or cancel your order you are advised to contact our team as soon as possible. This can be done by telephone or our by using our online contact form.

Order Not Yet Received

  • If you have not yet received your order it may of not yet been dispatched. In some cases it is necessary to order stock in from our manufacturer and this can extend delivery times. A delivery estimate is provided on screen before the product is ordered (For example: Delivered in 3-5 days).
  • We may have had problems processing your order. If this is the problem we will have tried to contact you, check your emails and verify we have your correct phone number.
  • In rare cases your order may have been lost in the post. In this case we may have to claim the insurance back and redespatch your order.

Returns

We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on any item purchased from this website. Please ensure the watch is returned to us with all the original packaging (CD-ROMs, manufacturer's manual and guarantee). When we receive the item we will issue you with a full refund or if you prefer we can offer an exchange. You should return it to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this way the delivery is insured.
