Changing or cancelling an order If you wish to change the contents of your order or cancel your order. You will need to contact our customer service team. This can be done by telephone and email. Order not recieved - If you have not yet received your order it may of not yet been dispatched. In some cases it is necessary to order stock in from our manufacturer and this can extend delivery times.

- Your order may have been lost in the post. In this case we may have to claim the insurance back and redispatch your order.
