Ordering the product was easy and we were able to quickly barter with FCW who gave us an acceptable price. I was kept up to date with the order and the product arrived in double quick time. The product was well packaged and arrived perfectly. A great service would definitely use again.

I purchased a Citizen Eco Drive men's watch from First Class Watches, and first class it was.
The watch arrived on the stated day. The watch is absolutely perfect and at such a competitive price.
The customer service was the best I have received in a long time.

I wanted the watch for my partner's birthday, he's a massive Citizen fan.
First class watches were the most competitive in price and even accepted my offer to reduce the price slightly further. I emailed them on Sunday at 9pm not expecting a reply until the following day.
I received an email back within half an hour. Absolutely fantastic.

Thank you so much for your excellent service. Have already recommended you to 2 people and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to many more. 5 stars!!

Lovely watch, easy to read time with its black numerals on a white face. Easy to set time but not so easy setting the date which has to be re-set when there are less than 31 days in the month. Usefulness of the date indication is debatable as it is very small and impossible to read!

I purchased a Citizen BM 7334_58L it has a blue dial which shows up the gold index marks. The case is very well made and the strap is equally well made it matches the case with gold accent, the watch has a classy look. It could be used for any occasion.

Conforme à ma commande .Bonne communication avec First Class Watches et livraison rapide.
Je pense avoir fait le bon choix dans une enseigne sérieuse .
Montre de taille parfaite à mon goût,ni trop petite,ni trop garnde qui s'est mis rapidement à fonctioner aprés quelques minutes au soleil.
On verra dans le temps mais avec une garantie de 5 ans je suis serein.

Great looking watch and delivered quickly by First Class Watches
Kept informed all the way through the process and tracking sent so I knew exactly when the watch would be delivered. Great price for the watch I was originally buying from H Samuel but First Class offered a much better price
