Outstanding service. I recently purchased a watch as a gift, but found the same one cheaper after I had paid. Having brought this to the attention of First Class Watches, Roland replied informing me they would match the lowest price and adjusted my payment to reflect this. The watch arrived as stated; exactly on time, well packaged and in a gift box. I would highly recommend this company and will use it again. A First Class service all-round.
