His name was Rowland, very professional with a great sense of humour, the kind of person I like to deal with.
I paid for my watch over the phone fully expecting it to arrive on Monday, which would have been perfect.
The courier used for my delivery was DPD who I have found to be excellent, and it arrived exactly 24 hours later the following day. Wow, how good was that!
I found all communications between First Class Watches, DPD and myself were excellent.
Thank you to all involved for such great service, under extremely difficult trading conditions.
