No one twisted my arm I must say. Rowland was sweet as a nut during the process. But not the watches fault.

It was not in stock or received by my required date.
Advised by Rowland that item not in stock by expected date, email from Rowland asking would I like to wait for stock.
I immediately replied same day to Rowland cancelling the order as it would miss birthday. No email confirmation.
Next thing I know is a text from DPD stating item being shipped??
Cancellation was obviously not actioned and watch was shipped despite order being cancelled via email
Watch received next day and returned unopened via Royal Mail.
Refund pending.
