Unfortunately the free bracelet adjustment service i requested had not been performed.I contacted their customer service team, via the very handy whatsapp option, and my issue was immediately, and positively, resolved by a very enthusiastic, and capable, manager, called Roland.
Fantastic company, with great watches at great prices.

I have read reviews stating the glass is not sapphire and might be prompt to scratch but so far hasn't happened to me. Very comfortable on the wrist, even when used constantly.
Only 'cons' is that in US and Japan there seems to be a green version, not available in Europe.
