Beautiful watch. It's much more refined on the wrist than it looks in photos, the size is perfect I think, at 40mm it'll look good on most people. The bracelet is ok, not the best but it's easy to adjust it has simple split push pins & does the job, it's perfectly acceptable. The sunburst gray face is beautiful & the lume is excellent. It keeps very good time. I'm very pleased with the watch it's much better than I thought it would be & I thought it would be very nice. Also I'm very imprest with first class watches, I'll be a returning customer for sure.

Bought a Seiko Presage Cocktail with blue face for hubby. The watch is lovely - the face is a decent size and clear to read. The back is clear so you can see the internal works which is fun. The only negative, if it is one, is the strap which is a little difficult to set up on first wear.

Arrived within 24 hours if placing order.

Ultimately a bit disappointing.

Ordered the seiko samurai on 05/01, came the next day (which is great) but had dinks and marks on the inner bezel. Spoke to Emma who was incredibly helpful and quick at replying who sorted out and exchange.

This arrived 11/01 and for the most part is perfect apart from a slight scratch/mark on the watch face which I noticed a day after! Whilst this is a minor mark it’s still disappointing to receive two imperfect products.

Would have asked for another exchange but simply cannot be bothered to send it back again.

The only thing stopping me from giving 1 star is the service I received from Emma which was second to none.
