Very pleased with the watch. Delivered within 2 days.

I bought a Casio G-Shock as a gift for a colleague who was leaving. There was a problem with my postcode when ordering on the website so I rang the shop. The assistant could not have been more helpful resolved the issue with the postcode and offered delivery options I was not aware of. As my colleague was leaving the next day, I selected the fastest option. This meant that from ordering to delivery was less than 24 hrs and the watch arrived in time to be presented to my colleague at her leaving meal.
All in all I could not be more pleased with the service provided by First Class watches. It made my colleagues day that she got her watch on time. Thank you.

But strap in box was an older version so had to call them but guy on phone was adamant that it was the correct strap due to the part number on the box so item has now been returned as it was not the same strap as advertised on their website

I am very sorry to hear that you have received the incorrect strap. We take this very seriously and we will be investigating accordingly.

From what I can see, the packaging matches to the strap that was ordered but the incorrect strap was in the box. Whether this is an error on our side or at Garmin is still under investigation however we will get to the bottom of it to prevent a reoccurrence of this issue.

I believe the item is in transit for refund, however if you would like us to exchange it for the correct one, we do have one in stock which is all correct. Please let us know if you wish to exchange or stick with a refund.

A brilliant watch at a brilliant price

I have been wearing this Orient Star Contemporary Date Automatic watch daily for over four months and continue to be delighted with it. Time keeping is excellent, requiring only a minute or two of correction at month's end. The power-reserve indicator is a great feature.

The speed of delivery and communication was great. Watch is lovely and as advertised

The watches were sent to my collection point promptly, with no problems. Not sure why they came without booklets or retailer stamped warranty cards though.

The watch is perfect,the design,in house movement,integrated bracelet...

PS.Royal mail did not delivered the package on sunday,apparently they don't do that.I receved the watch next day...
