Delivery & Returns
In addition to our 30 day returns policy, all items purchased from 1st October 2026 can now be returned until 15th January 2027, terms apply.
We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase. You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 2 working days of receiving your return (it may take a little longer during busy periods or for more complex returns). This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.
Returns are free on all UK orders. For orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage for orders under £500 sent back by other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders from £500 to £2,500, the Royal Mail label does not cover the value of the item, so please send it back by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured for its full value, and we will reimburse the postage separately (please keep your proof of postage — full details are on your receipt), or contact us and we can arrange a collection. For orders over £2,500, please contact us and we will arrange the return for you. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.
For UK orders we are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product. For international orders, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. Joa die Uhr sieht verdammt gut aus.
Auch wenn ich Werkzeugmechaniker gelernt hab finde ich keinen Fehler in der Verarbeitung außen.
Die Innereien sind teilweise Gold beschichtet und gut poliert.
Am Bändchen hätte das Krokodil Muster nicht sein müssen aber das ist halt der Stil von Seiko.
Kann man ja noch ändern wenn es einem nicht gefällt

Amazing timepiece. Really went back and forth on getting this grail for a few years now, however decided not to do so, instead wait for longer and get the Seamaster when the time will be right. However, being the big kid that I am sometimes, and browsing through ebay during holidays without a certain interest, decided to place a low - ball bid for a Le Locle that surprisingly ended up winning the auction. So now, really had to keep with the plan and not buy another watch until the Omega time comes....Three months later and with my birthday coming soon, my better half had the brilliant idea to mark down my 30th with a rather significant watch in any collection, including the ones that host mostly watches 10-20x times more expensive......
And Wow.... Just wow..... Shock to the core, amazement, happiness, disbelief and much more feelings flashing through the first time I opened the box and every single time when looking at it from a different angle or in a different light.
I could not describe in words how this watch makes me feel and how it looks on the wrist. Such a delicate beauty and a thousand details wonder, combined with the Japanese renowned precision and discipline that were all put wisely inside this rather understated case/form.
One of the timepieces that I'm certain will not only last for a lifetime if cared for, but could also be an heirloom that will pass through many more generations of the more and more technology-filled future.
Hope this helps anyone thinking to buy it or considering for a future addition to their collection.
