The highlight of the brand’s three-hand watches is the bead-blasted submarine steel case. Model Specifications DS30 VINTAGE BLACK LEATHER:
- This model features a matte black dial with a date aperture at 3 o’clock.
- The dial also features white baton indices and large white hands.
- The baton indices and hands are both coated with a special luminous colour.
- A bead-blasted submarine steel case, with a fixed bezel and a screwed case back, frames the dial. The case measures 39mm in diameter.
- The screw-down crown, with crown protection, ensures the watch is water-resistant up to 200 metres (20 bar).
- This timepiece is finished with a vintage black leather strap.
- An ETA 2824-2 automatic movement, with a 38-hour power reserve, powers the watch.

Returns PolicyWe aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase (excludes pre-owned watches). You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.For UK orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund of return postage for returns through other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders over £500, please consult your receipt for details on how to return. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.
We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. I’ve been looking to get a Damasko since 2014 and finally took the plunge, thanks to this great retailer. I was looking for the best price and good support and after trying to pull the trigger with a well known Singapore dealer, the experience was confusing, so I contacted FCW and they were friendly, helpful and very competitive, plus they were based in the midlands of the UK. I was told they had a back order and would be available in 4 weeks, however, the delivery turned out to be just 6 days, so chuffed. I’ve read so much about the DS30, all good, too. The specs and price almost defy convention when considering it’s almost 100% manufactured in Germany. Lots of top technical features, so slim and compact and it looks even better than any review. Living in Scotland, I had not been able to see it in the flesh, but on arrival, I was super impressed with size, finish and sheer precision. What a great everyday watch! The leather strap that came with it is a revelation, soft, yet thick, very nice. However, I decided to buy a nice sailcloth strap so it could be used for all situations, I’m not disappointed. The pamphlet that came with it implied that it might run fast at first until it beds in and they weren’t wrong. It was gaining a fair bit in the first day and I was a bit put off, however after 3 days, it’s slowing down a fair bit more and we’ll see how it pans out. To be fair, I’ve been wearing a quartz analogue watch for the past couple of months, so it’s getting used to an automatic again. If you’re thinking of getting one of these just go ahead. First Class Watches are super competitive and I got a great price. Due to the case hardening, I imagine it’ll look new for many years to come. If I can afford another in the future, I know where to come……as long as my better half lets me!
