Product Description
The Sinn U15, U16 and U18 diving watches embody much more than timekeeping – they are testimonies to a key chapter in the history of the German Navy. Made from the steel of their namesake type 206 submarines U15, U16 and U18 type 206 submarines, they are steeped in history and are guaranteed to delight naval enthusiasts and watch connoisseurs alike.
Model Specifications 1025.010:
- This model is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide.
- A case made of high-strength, seawater-resistant German Submarine Steel frames the dial. The steel for the case has come from the decommissioned submarine U15.
- A captive diver's bezel made of German Submarine Steel also frames the dial. To ensure the bezel is scratch-resistant it has been treated with TEGIMENT Technology.
- The screw-fastened case back features a silhouette of the Type 206 submarine.
- The screwable crown is positioned at 4 o'clock to prevent pressure on the back of the hand.
- The watch uses scratch-resistant sapphire glass to protect the dial. The glass has been treated with an anti-reflective coating on both sides for exceptional clarity.
- The high-gloss blue-green dial features luminescent indices and luminescent hands as well as a date aperture at 3 o'clock. Stylised air bubbles that symbolise the rising air bubbles underscore the three-dimensional effect with metallic blues and greens.
- The dial also features the number of nautical miles travelled and the U15's type designation.
- This watch is water-resistant and pressure-resistant to 500 metres diving depth, as certified by an independent institute. It meets the technical requirements for water resistance as set out in standard DIN 8310. The water resistance is aided by the screw-fastened case back and screwable crown. The watch is also resistant to low pressure.
- An SW300-1 self-winding mechanism powers this watch. It uses 25 bearing jewels and 28,800 semi-oscillations per hour to power the watch. The movement features a stop seconds function and is anti-magnetic as per DIN 8309.
- The watch has a 41mm case diameter, a 20mm band lug width, and an 11.2mm case thickness. It weighs 74 grams without a strap.
- The watch is finished with a satinised solid stainless bracelet that fastens with a deployment clasp.

Delivery & Returns
In addition to our 30 day returns policy, all items purchased from 1st October 2026 can now be returned until 15th January 2027, terms apply.
We aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase. You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 2 working days of receiving your return (it may take a little longer during busy periods or for more complex returns). This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.
Returns are free on all UK orders. For orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage for orders under £500 sent back by other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders from £500 to £2,500, the Royal Mail label does not cover the value of the item, so please send it back by Royal Mail Special Delivery, insured for its full value, and we will reimburse the postage separately (please keep your proof of postage — full details are on your receipt), or contact us and we can arrange a collection. For orders over £2,500, please contact us and we will arrange the return for you. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.
For UK orders we are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product. For international orders, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the product you would like.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues.
