This watch shape is nicknamed by Seiko fans as a ‘Samurai’ - because of its angular shaped design which looks as if it were sliced by a Japanese Samurai sword. Seiko Prospex watches are designed for sports lovers and adventure seekers whether in the water, in the sky or on land.
Since launching Japan’s first diver’s watch in 1965, Seiko’s innovative watchmaking has changed global dive watch standards.

- A stainless steel case with super-hard coating. The case measures at 43.8 mm in diameter. A standard pin and buckle with the black silicone strap.
- An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the white textured dial. The black bezel is unidirectional.
- The large hands and hour-markers are luminescent.
- Water-resistant to 200 metres or 20 bars.
- Features on the model include a screw-down crown, a date display and a stop-seconds hand function.
- Movement type - Automatic and power-reserve up to 41 hours.

Returns PolicyWe aim for you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase and therefore offer you 30 days to change your mind on your purchase (excludes pre-owned watches). You may do this by using the form provided with your order or otherwise. We will provide a refund of all payment received (not including delivery upgrades), usually within 48 hours of receipt of the product. This will be made to the original payment method. For most payment methods it will take 3-5 working days for this to show on your statement.
Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy.For UK orders under £500, you may generate a free tracked and insured returns label on the Royal Mail website (opens in a new window). You can print this label and send it back at any local Post Office at no cost to yourself. It is also possible to have the label printed at Post Office using the QR code from the confirmation email. Please retain the proof of postage receipt. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund of return postage for returns through other methods, so we recommend printing the free postage label provided. For orders over £500, please consult your receipt for details on how to return. For international returns, you will need to bear the cost of returns postage. Please ensure the watch is returned to us in an unworn, new condition with all the original packaging (manufacturer's manual and guarantee if applicable). Please ensure items from your order are suitable before wearing as we are unable to accept items which have been worn under our returns policy. We reserve the right to make deductions for unnecessary damage caused to the product by yourself.
We are also able to offer an exchange to a different product if required, please specify this when returning your product.
If a fault develops with a watch that is outside of the 30 day returns period or is no longer in a new condition the watch can be returned to the manufacturer under the terms of the guarantee (we are an official UK dealer for all brands on our website) so that they can rectify any issues. Never considered a Samurai as it didn't offer as much as my Sumo and king Turtle both with sapphire. Then whilst looking at an Alpinist I came across the white dial King Samurai and knew I had to have one. So I bought one last week from a large UK department store. It gained 2-2.5 MINUTES per day and replacement or regulation were not available, so I looked for an alternative and found one on FCW. It was slightly more expensive even with discount, but was ordered on Monday and with me on Tuesday, and is good for about 14 second per day. The addition of sapphire and a ceramic bezel to this particular model make it look far more expensive than it is and the silicone strap means it fits really comfortably . I have a 7.25 inch wrist and the short lug to lug means it wears much smaller than it's near 44mm size might suggest. Overall brilliant. I love Seiko's and was so impressed with FCW quick delivery that I ordered an Arnie Padi today that should be here tomorrow,

VERIFIED FIRST CLASS CUSTOMERBought a Seiko King Samurai and had to send it straight back. The crown threads were gritty, the bezel was stiff and the lume was really poor. Minor issues were that the bezel and chapter ring were slightly out of alignment. I have four other Seiko Divers in my collection and they are all beautifully built. The irony is that this one is an upgraded "King" model. There are many comments online about Seiko quality slipping. I wasn't inclined to believe it but I do now.Written by:Jonathan Black
