To signify the importance of music, and those who create it, the Raymond Weil Music Icons series was introduced.

The Raymond Weil Music Icons series is a collection of individual pieces, celebrating an honoring world famous artists, bands, and companies who have given everything to the industry. This series has been running for some time now, however a large number of these fantastic pieces are still available now!

The Raymond Weil Music Icons.

From the Freelancer collection comes the AC/DC Limited Edition, celebrating the legendary rock band, and all they have done for the world of music. The rock and roll hall of famers were formed in Sydney in 1973, and have now sold over 200 million records worldwide with Back in Black selling an estimated 50 million alone!

The AC/DC Freelancer arrives with a 42mm stainless steel case, and exudes Rock and Roll in each element. The patterned dial and studded indexes reinforce it’s rebellious 70’s style, and bring tons of attitude to the piece too.The actual texture of the dial plays reference to the AC/DC high voltage logo that has become so well known over the years, which can also been seen at the 12 o’clock position on the dial too!

Raymond Weil celebrated it’s 40th anniversary back in 2016 with The Beatles, and have then gone on to collaborate with them multiple times since. One of these pays homage to Abbey Road, which was the last album recorded by the band, and is often regarded as the most influential work by experts and fans.

This piece comes from the Maestro collection, and features a vinyl record style dial, which sits inside it’s 39.5mm stainless steel case. The Maestro The Beatles Abbey Road limited Edition dial even features the microgrooves that you would expect to find on the genuine record itself, which acts as the placeholder for that iconic pedestrian crossing image, that is sat at the 4 o’clock mark.

Marshall Amplification were founded 56 years ago, and are an English company, producing some of the most popular and successful music amplifiers, headphones etc. they have been able to supply equipment to some of the industries most successful artists, with likes of Cream, The Jimi Hendrix Experience and Led Zeppelin.

This is a black PVD model, based on the Tango, and features subtle references to the world or Marshall. This includes the dial texture, which replicates the feeling of an amplifier’s external grille, and the white ring around the edge of the dial which mirrors the finish you would see on a Marshall Amp itself. The gold chronograph panda dials are inspired by the amps sounds buttons just like on an amplifier!

Based on the popular Tango range, the Raymond Weil Bob Marley Tango Limited Edition has been produced in collaboration with House of Marley, and only has 1,500 pieces available worldwide.

The watch itself has been influenced heavily by the life and personality of Marley, and encapsulates the history of this hugely influential artist. The black dial of the watch, which sit’s behind sapphire crystal glass features the silhouette of the iconic lion head, that will be instantly recognizable by any fan of Bob Marley. The colour of this watch away from the black dial takes it’s inspiration from the Ethiopian flag, in the way of the yellow ring around the dial, and the red and green GMT and seconds hands.

The Raymond Weil Maestro ‘The Beatles Sgt Pepper’s Limited Edition’ is the third collaboration with the iconic Beatles, and has been limited to only 3,00 pieces worldwide. This new watch form the Maestro range is heavily inspired by the world famous ‘Sergeant pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band‘ album and stands out from the crowd thanks to its innovative use of different materials and design.

The Sgt Pepper watch comes with a dark grey dial, with a black drum outline in the center, which then get’s highlighted with yellow gold electroplated details, like the outer edge of the drum, as well as The Beatles logo itself, which is situated at the 6 o’clock position, and the special 4 o’clock hour marker too.
