A swim-friendly activity tracking watch that has been designed to withstand the tests of playtime, and features 1+ year of battery life so there is no need to take a break from action! Parents can use the Garmin vívofit Jr2 to manage and track chores and rewards using Garmin’s parent-controlled mobile app, whilst the kids themselves get their own app for adventures too! there is also a Captain America version of this watch available from the Avengers range too!

The vívofit Jr2 comes loaded with a customization colour screen and a comfortable rubber strap for added wear, and flexibility! Perfect for doing all kids of playground activities like playing football, but also wearable during bath time and in bed too.

The Garmin vívofit Jr2 gives tons of new adventures for kids, and is a great way to keep them active and away from iPads and TV’s! There are unlockable new adventures in the app, as they reach their daily 60 minute activity goals, inspiring the kids to do their best. Along-side Captain America and the Avengers, they are tasked with the challenge of different in app adventures, defending New York form Ultron! Meet the invincible Iron Man at Tony Stark’s lab, help Thor capture his evil brother; the mischievous Loki, and even accompany Black Widow on top secret S.H.I.E.L.D. missions!

Friendly competition is welcomed with the Garmin vívofit, with different challenges and tasks to go head to head in! Toe to Toe step challenges allow kids to sync with nearby friends to challenge each other or themselves to timed step competitions! Once completed they will be able to view their total amount of steps achieved to find out if they were victorious!

Rewards, Reminders and Responsibilities

Not only does this watch offer versatility, but it can also be managed by parents too! There is a specially made free mobile app for parents that allows you to view activity, responsibilities, sleep and more once synced. Whilst using the app, it is possible to add multiple kids profiles to see each ones steps, sleep and daily activities, as well as chose data too! You will be able to invite the whole family to compete in step challenges, assign different chores and tasks, as well as designating a virtual coin reward for completing said tasks and chores. These in-app virtual coins can then be redeemed by the kids for agreed upon rewards, all from your phone or tablet!

This all allows your kids to see the fun side of chores, which can be set up to reoccur every day or once a week! these an be assigned through the app, and then the vívofit band will show them their new task. This will also help those who tend to procrastinate, with the ability for parents to schedule alerts, with reminders for finishing their homework, brushing their teeth, and many more! An icon with the reminder will appear on their screen, and then the child will be able to start the task timer to follow how long they have left.

The power doesn’t have to always be in the parents hands too! For those looking to be more responsible, you can enable Kid Mode in the vívofit jr. app, you can give your kid limited access to monitor and check off their own chores and tasks, as well as view the latest mission in their app adventure.
