Additionally, each watch comes with a range of performance features, helping you to track your passions. And with essential smartwatch features, such as smart notifications, Garmin Pay™ contactless payments, and the Garmin Messenger™ App, you can stay in touch at all times.
Appearance
With a titanium bezel and a scratch-resistant sapphire lens, quatix® 8 makes a bold and durable statement. Each 1.4-inch AMOLED display is securely set into a fibre-reinforced polymer case with a metal rear cover. Not only is this premium design durable, but it’s also sustainable. 100% of the plastic used to make the watch’s housing comes from recycled ocean-bound plastics. Each watch is also dive-rated to 40 metres and features leakproof buttons, letting you reach new depths. A navy blue silicone strap secures each watch to the wrist. Comfortable, breathable and highly flexible, it guarantees a perfect fit.
To accommodate each need, quatix 8 comes in two different case sizes: 47mm (010-02904-51) and 51mm (010-02905-91). No matter what size you choose, you can remain confident that the features are universal across the series. As for colourways, this new series keeps it simple. Each watch follows a black and ‘captain blue’ colour scheme, which gives it a sleek and stylish look. The navy blue silicone strap not only adds a vibrant touch to the design but also reinforces the watch’s strong nautical identity.
Across all the different-sized models, the battery life is very impressive. The 47mm model offers up to 16 days of battery life in smartwatch mode, while the larger 51mm variant extends that to an impressive 29 days. For even longer usage, both models feature a battery saver mode. This pushes the 47mm to 23 days and the 51mm to a remarkable 41 days on a single charge. Whether you’re off-grid for a weekend or navigating at sea for extended periods, quatix 8 keeps up without constant recharging.
