The Laco Seven Seas Squad Watch

Laco Seven Seas Dive Watch

The Laco Seven Seas is one of the brands flagship Dive watches. Despite predominantly producing pilots watches, the Seven Seas comes under the title of a Laco Squad watch, and is more than comfortable diving deep! it is not unusual for brands to produce watches like this, as we have previously seen the likes of the Ball Watch Company Engineer NEDU Hydrocarbon or the Oris Aquis Dive Control Limited Edition which are both proficient divers watches. Similarly to these two watches, the Laco Seven Seas is water resistant up to a huge depth, 1,000 meters in this case!

The production of the Seven Seas was only a matter of time, following on from the History of the brand, working with pilot and maritime watches. In order for this watch to be created, Laco had to go to extreme lengths to meet the highest of standards, and had to ensure that every part of the watch was suitable for it’s use, diving! Laco have built the watch to meet specific requirements of quality, robustness and clear design. They have managed this, whilst maintaining the character and style that they were looking for.

The Laco Seven Seas Features.

Water resistant up to a fantastic 100ATM, or 1,000m, this watch is powered by Laco’s 24 automatic movement, which is based on a basic ETA 2824.2 movement. This keeps the watch ticking along, and keeps the brands classic watchmaking heritage inside! This is protected by a PVD plated black stainless steel case, and double curved sapphire crystal glass!

The 45mm case itself has a few more tricks up it’s sleeve too! With a rotating bezel, screw down crown and screw-able case back, as well as it’s helium valve and anti-magnetic technology too! Inside the case, powered by the automatic movement is the C3 luminescent hands, and markers. Made to stand out in low light conditions, making it ideal for even deeper dives!

Laco have produced all of their timepieces in close cooperation with fire departments, the police, and the army, which has resulted in an uncompromising quality and reliability across all of their German made watches. Watches that, as the wearer, you can rely on, they will not fail you when you need them most, and they will keep going and going! Their squad watches, including the Seven Seas, offer an ever more robust wrist watch. The perfect solution for everyday use, and for use in the harshest of conditions too!
