Seiko have taken this into account when designing the three models that make up the Black Series. The watch case fully protected by a hard black coating which has been chosen to blend in with the darkness of the deep sea. Night time divers actually use orange light when diving rather than white or yellow, this has been replicated on the new models with a bright orange minute hand allowing for the diver to see the exact time in poor or low lighting conditions.
