Earlier this week Hamilton released a new addition to their famous Khaki Field line. The watches from the Khaki Field collection are inspired by historical military watches. Hamilton strives to keep the models historically accurate to the original design. Though the brand might stick closely to the vintage aesthetic, that’s not entirely the case with the movements of the watches. Equipped with the latest modern watchmaking technologies. The newest models, named the Khaki Field Titanium by Hamilton, retain the military-esque tone of the other Khaki Field watches. In the new Khaki Field Titanium line, there are five new watches altogether. They come in two sizes, a 38mm version and a 42 mm version. The 38 mm watches were designed to more closely resemble the original field military watches, which were smaller in size than modern timepieces. All timepieces, regardless of size, are fitted with Hamilton’s H-10 calibre movement. Additionally, all of the watches in the line have a balance spring made from Nivachron. The watches have a power reserve of up to 80 hours. They also have a water resistance of up to 10 bars or 100 meters.
38 mm Watches
Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium 38mm Green Dial Automatic H70205860
This Hamilton Khaki Field watch has a brushed titanium case. The dial of the watch is green with a lighter coloured green section. The model’s hands are black coloured as well as luminescent. The hour-markers of the watch are also luminescent. To make the dial more legible, the markers are large and the dial is streamlined with red markings on the minute scale. The dial is covered by a sapphire crystal. Securing the watch and giving it a more utilitarian appearance is a brown nubuck leather strap with a brown top-stitching.

The second 38 mm model also has a titanium case with a brushed finish. The dial of the watch is black with a lighter coloured ring. Similarly to the above model, the minute scale has red marking and the tip of the second hand is also red. The hands are coloured black and luminescent. The luminescent Arabic indices contrast the dark dial, making it easier to read. A dark green nubuck leather strap with matching top-stitching complements the dial.
Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium PVD Case 38mm Automatic H70215880
Perhaps the most unique model of the collection, this grey dialled Khaki Field Titanium model looks the least similar to historical military watches. This however doesn’t mean that there aren’t elements that have been inspired by them. this model is for lovers of unique timepieces. The watch’s dial is matt grey with a cement-like texture. The titanium case also has a matt finish and is black PVD plated.
42 mm Watches
Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium 42mm Automatic H70545540
This model features an elegant blue dial with a distinctly more subtle darker blue ring on the dial. Contrasting it are the luminescent hands and indices. The light brown strap of the watch has beige top-stitching with a pin buckle closure.
Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium 42mm Green Dial Automatic H70545560
This Khaki Field model is similar to the 38 mm version in every respect but for the size. The titanium case is 42 mm in diameter, with a brushed finish. The green two-tone dial is covered by a sapphire crystal.
