You would think that with everyone being in lockdown for close to 6 months, fashion trends would come to a grinding halt. Trends, however, continue to come and go, styles constantly change and re-appear, in the world of fashion and accessories nothing is ever stationary. With summer almost over and a new season starting, now is the perfect time to revisit all the popular watch styles of 2020 and to try and predict what would be adorning everyone’s wrists come autumn.

Minimalist

Minimalism has steadily been rising in popularity for the last few years. Clean simple lines replace the bold patterns of the past. Minimalism didn’t become popular this year. It has been around for quite some time, more than most trends. Minimalism has been gathering speed due to the push to move towards more environmentally friendly and sustainable materials. And when people’s mindset and beliefs change, so does their style.

A fantastic example of a minimalist watch from an environmentally conscious brand is this Bering Classic Pebble model. Its silhouette is highly futuristic with clean lines. Colourful
