New Seiko Watches Unveiled<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Seiko Prospex Speedtimer x DATSUN Limited Edition Watches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Seiko\u2019s Prospex Speedtimer x Datsun 240Z series celebrates a legendary motorsport legacy with three limited-edition watches; each paying tribute to the iconic Datsun Fairlady Z rally car. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standout of the collection is the Speedtimer x DATSUN Fairlady Z,<\/a> limited to only 500 pieces. It features Seiko\u2019s mechanical calibre 8R48\u2014an advanced chronograph movement with a column wheel and a vertical clutch, as well as a 45-hour power reserve. Housed in a 42mm black-coated stainless steel case with a tachymeter bezel, it sports a sleek black dial accented by cursive Datsun branding at 12 o\u2019clock. The black leather strap, detailed with racing-style perforations, completes the motorsport aesthetic. With a date display, stop-seconds hand, and water resistance up to 100 metres, it\u2019s built for both precision timing and daily wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next is the Speedtimer Compact 6R x DATSUN Fairlady Z<\/a>, limited to 2,500 pieces. This model features a matte-black dial with vintage-inspired Datsun branding at 6 o\u2019clock and a date aperture at 4. Its inner rotating tachymeter bezel is enhanced by a Lumibrite-coated reference triangle for clear readability in any light. The 39.5mm stainless steel case houses the reliable 6R55 automatic movement, offering a 72-hour power reserve. A black LWG-approved leather strap adds a refined touch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally, the Solar Speedtimer x DATSUN Fairlady Z<\/a> channels the rally heritage with its bi-colour aluminium tachymeter bezel, dashboard-inspired font, and bold DATSUN logo. Powered by Seiko\u2019s V192 solar movement, it provides a 6-month power reserve as well as \u00b115 seconds per month accuracy. Limited and collectable, this trio perfectly captures the synergy between vintage automotive design and cutting-edge horology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Seiko Speedtimer collection celebrates the brand\u2019s long-standing legacy in precision timekeeping and its deep roots in motorsport. First introduced in the 1960s as one of the world\u2019s earliest automatic chronographs, the Speedtimer has since evolved into a modern classic, seamlessly blending retro-inspired aesthetics with contemporary performance. The latest releases stay true to this spirit, offering fresh designs rooted in Seiko\u2019s heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among them are the new 6R \u2018Compact Countdown\u2019 models, available in either Grey-White Contrast<\/a> or Black-Grey Contrast<\/a>. These watches feature 39.5mm stainless steel cases with a super-hard coating. An automatic 6R55 movement powers each model, offering an impressive 72-hour power reserve. A standout detail is the orange-accented inner rotating countdown bezel, operated via the 4 o\u2019clock crown; an eye-catching and functional nod to vintage motorsport timing. Each model is paired with a multi-row stainless steel bracelet inspired by 1970s Speedtimer designs, along with a curved sapphire crystal and 200 metres of water resistance, making them stylish and practical for everyday use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the higher-performance end, the \u201cMaximum Precision\u201d Mechanical Chronograph<\/a> showcases Seiko\u2019s engineering excellence. Housed in a 42mm super-hard coated case, it runs on the 8R48 calibre. This movement features a vertical clutch, column wheel, and MEMS technology for both precise and durable chronograph performance. With a 45-hour power reserve, tachymeter bezel, date display and luminous hands as well as 100 metres of water resistance, this watch balances technical mastery with elegant design. It’s a refined, modern interpretation of Seiko\u2019s mechanical chronograph legacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
