We woke up this morning to a whole host of new announcements from tons of brands. Some huge announcements from Citizen this morning too so let’s get stuck in!<\/p>\n

Citizen Watch UK<\/a> unveiled two new PROMASTER<\/a> models at Baselworld 2018<\/a>\u00a0this morning and its making our staff very excited.\u00a0 They have released the new Citizen Eco-Drive 200m Diver Chronograph for the MARINE category<\/a> and the Citizen Eco-Drive Radio-Controlled pilot\u2019s watch for the SKY category<\/a>. These two new additions are set to rock the world of outdoors watches for adventurers from every corner of the globe.<\/p>\n

Citizen\u00a0<\/strong>200m Eco-Drive Diver Marine Series Chronograph<\/h2>\n

Where do we start this watch its incredible addition to the Marine series. It features a 1\/5 second chronograph which is able to measure up to 1 hour of time, it also features a unidirectional rotating bezel which is a key feature for divers and an essential piece of kit to rely on during a dive. The watch also has screw down push buttons to keep the watch fully water resistant up to 200 metres under water. The highly adjustable buckle has a slide mechanism for easier adjustment and alterations and it has unmatched safety and practicality. It is a stunning divers watch that can be used on diver or in a board room thanks to its stylish shape and sophisticated bold blue dual and bezel allowing the wearer to show this timepiece off whether their on business or leisure.<\/p>\n

Since the first debut of the Promaster in 1989 citizen have always pushed to “Go Beyond” and always adhere to their three core values; durability, functionality and safety. The new Marine Promaster and its three variations are the perfect reflection of their core values. The CA0710-82L has a solid bold blue case and unidirectional bezel, the CA0711-80H has a contrasting black dial and bezel design which makes the markers and sub dials stand out especially in poor and low lighting conditions (perfect for diving) and the CA0718-13E is definitely a showpiece to admire. The orange bezel is so eye catching and the rubber strap makes this watch so comfortable and lightweight when diving or doing any sporting activity.<\/p>\n

Citizen Eco-Drive radio-controlled Sky Series<\/h2>\n

This watch is the new must have aviation watch of 2018! Its black and red colour combinations is the perfect blend of sophistication and practicality. It can be worn on a normal working day for a stylish wrist accessory or to a business evening meal with a new client, its guaranteed to turn heads. The watch itself features a radio-controlled time-keeping function which allows the wearer to receive a signal from one of four areas around the world, once received it will automatically adjust the time if needed. The watch also features a 1\/1 second chronograph to allow you to time up to 1 hour. One feature that definitely sets this watch above the rest is the aviator slide rule and the world time function which allows you to instantly change the time to any of the 24 cities registered on the watch. Now that’s a pilots chronograph with exceptional functionality and practical use.<\/p>\n

This watch is also available in three colour combinations the first is the one pictured above with the red and black case and bezel (CB5001-57e) is a strong bold model with a few small hints towards the red skyhawk<\/a>. The CB5007-51H has to be my favourite of the three variations with its IP plated stainless steel bracelet and orange grooves on the bezel for grip and to be seen in low light. It looks so sleek and refined, I feel that the black plating really can take a watch to the next level and is perfect for this watch. The CB5000-50L is a very strong contender too with the blue dial and a silver stainless steel bezel, it may look a little more understated but it is still guaranteed to grab peoples attention.<\/p>\n
