{"id":7721,"date":"2018-01-28T10:54:13","date_gmt":"2018-01-28T10:54:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.firstclasswatches.co.uk\/blog\/?p=7721"},"modified":"2018-01-26T15:31:37","modified_gmt":"2018-01-26T15:31:37","slug":"g-shock-chasing-light","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.firstclasswatches.co.uk\/blog\/2018\/01\/g-shock-chasing-light\/","title":{"rendered":"G-Shock Chasing Light"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/g-shock.co.uk\/\">G-SHOCK<\/a> London &amp; <a href=\"http:\/\/clcollective.org\/\">Chasing Lights Collective<\/a> are out and about this new year with a missions to get as many people as they can motivated and moving.<\/p>\n<p>The Chasing Lights Collective have teamed up with international watch brand G-Shock to run a night called Regulate which has returned for a brand new and revived eight week programme, they meet up every week for some group training and exploration into managing stress through exercise helping to ease tension on the body and mind.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7763\" src=\"https:\/\/www.firstclasswatches.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/ChasingLights-Running.gif\" alt=\"Casio x ChasingLights Running\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><br \/>\nChasingLights Collective was created to support, inspire and lead individual people or small groups of people into the world of fitness through generating communities or &#8220;crews&#8221; to show you that you&#8217;re not alone when it comes to looking for a positive way to live and keep fit. Looking at how your breathing can be used to calm down your body and restore balance within your body and mind. They aim to teach members how to increase the capacity of their lungs as well as using them in the most efficient way possible. You can learn how to hack your nervous system, aerobic thresholds, co2 tolerance and more.<\/p>\n<p>Focus can play a big part in our lives, especially in our day to day routine. If you&#8217;re not focused in the morning you could forget any number of things and this can have a knock on effect for the rest of the day. The positive team over at ChasingLights lead this group as they venture out in the the city to explore the streets of the West End. The aim of part two is to put all of the things they have learn into action, the ChasingLights personnel are on hand to walk or should I say run you through everything helping you keep your breathing in check whilst also navigating the evening lights of the city.
