In exciting news, MeisterSinger<\/a> has launched its all-new Edition Neo T1 watch! Standing side by side with a restomod VW T1 van, they both not only share the same colour range but also a fascinating combination of nostalgic aesthetics and contemporary innovation. The Neo has been a successful model in the MeisterSinger collection for 10 years. Its clear, balanced look and case typical of the times give it both a 1960s look and feel. Hence it is a firm favourite amongst fans of MeisterSinger. This Edition Neo T1 marks the beginning of a Neo upgrade, however with only 100 pieces available, you need to act fast if it has piqued your interest. The Dial and Case <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A tribute to the classic design of days gone by, this watch exhibits a platinum-grey dial. Beautifully matching the VW model van, the dial is adorned with red Arabic numerals. A unique feature of this model is its singular-hand display. Each index in the outer circle stands for exactly five minutes, so the hand technically acts as both an hour and minute hand. For example, if the hand points to the fifth stroke after ten, then the time is 10:25. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Framing the dial is a stainless steel case, measuring 36mm in diameter. At 9.7mm deep, the watch makes a tidy and minimalist look on the wrist. The case of the Neo looks like a design from the 1960s. A first for the Neo models, this watch is equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass rather than acrylic glass. This, alongside the closed case back, helps to seal in the model’s 50-metre water resistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Movement and Finishing Touches <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Housed within the stainless steel case is a Swiss-made Sellita SW200 automatic movement. Specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches, it quietly ticks inside the Neo. Additionally, it provides the watch with a power reserve of 38 hours. A soft, Bordeaux-coloured vintage leather strap completes the design of this Edition Neo T1. Fastening with a standard buckle, it provides great security. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Edition watch comes with a T1 model van (scale 1:18) and packaging that has been intricately designed to the last detail. Placed in front of an intriguing dune landscape, the meticulously crafted model van and unique Neo watch complement each other greatly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
