American Spirit, Swiss Precision<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Combing the best of both worlds, Hamilton watches are an incorporation of all things American with the reliability and prestige of Swiss manufacture.<\/h4>\n

The watchmaking brand was founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and the brand produced their first pocket watch that was declared “The watch of Railroad accuracy” in 1912. It was in 1914 that the brand was announced as the official supplier to the US Armed Forces which was a huge achievement and gave the brand a solid supply line base to their brand. They then expanded to aviation as well as movie product placement, many famous people wear the watches such as Elvis Presley<\/a> who wore the Ventura<\/a> as a personal favorite of his.<\/p>\n

There is also a strong connection to the world of aviation, both historical and present, as they now sponsor and support the Red Bull Air Race<\/a>, which is an hugely impressive aviation display by some of the most talented pilots around.<\/p>\n
