In recent weeks, Maurice Lacroix has made several exciting new additions to its iconic PONTOS collection. These all-new Maurice Lacroix PONTOS watches come in various designs and colours, ensuring that there is a perfect model for every collector. This new launch also included a limited edition design<\/a> that has caused great excitement amongst fans of the brand. However, this launch also featured a new chronograph design alongside an updated day-date style. These watches are sure to quickly become core designs within the brand portfolio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PONTOS Chronograph S Watches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Chronograph S design is a new interpretation of the popular PONTOS model. This collection features an array of elegant and sleek watches that are well suited to any occasion. This new iteration of the design is certainly no exception. Both of the latest designs feature a chronograph, a day-date display and a scratch-resistant ceramic bezel. This bezel is detailed with a tachymeter display. The design of these chronograph models bridges elegance and sport, uniting them in a cohesive design that can be worn for any occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chronograph S watch is available in two colour ways: silvery white<\/a> (PT6038-SSL2H-130-A) or dark blue<\/a> (PT6038-SSL22-430-1). Both of these colours have a sandblasted dial with a small seconds display, a 30-minute register and a 12-hour register. The watches are also equipped with a day date display at 3 o’clock. Each dial is framed by a black ceramic bezel to provide an additional function to the models. The dial of each watch is surrounded by a 43mm stainless steel case. This case houses an automatic ML112 movement which will ensure that the wearer is never left without time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The classical retro appearance of these timepieces is enhanced by the straps that they are paired with. The silver dial model is provided with a traditional stainless steel bracelet and a grey nylon strap. The blue dial watch is secured using a comfortable and classic stainless steel bracelet. Additionally, the Chronograph S watches are water resistant up to 10ATM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Day-Date Watch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The day-date PONTOS<\/a> design features an easy-to-read dial that makes these models perfect for daily wear. The design upholds PONTOS’s reputation for clarity of purpose. Each model is instilled with a contemporary spirit that respects the traditions of watchmaking. The refined style of this model starts in the dark blue sunray dial. This dial is adorned with silver baton indices and silver hour, minute and second hands. The most distinctive feature of this dial is the day-date display. The day is shown in a curved aperture that features in the top half of the dial. The date is shown in a traditional square aperture above 6 o’clock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The watch is powered by an automatic ML143 movement that is housed within a stainless steel case. This case measures 43mm in diameter, creating a bold and comfortable fit on the wrist. This watch comes with a pair of straps. The first is a stainless steel bracelet that will be perfect for dressing the watch up for more formal occasions. The second is a dark blue nylon strap that will be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Additionally, this model is water resistant up to 10ATM, making it a practical choice for everyday wear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
