Rado has announced the launch of the all-new Captain Cook Chronograph watches. This is a hugely exciting launch for fans of the brand and watch enthusiasts everywhere. The Rado Captain Cook models are some of the most iconic timepieces in modern watchmaking, so this updated version is eagerly awaited. This is the first time that the Captain Cook has been seen in a chronograph design, adding a whole new level of functionality to the famed explorer watch. This iteration of the Captain Cook has been redesigned with exquisite proportions that accommodate the unique, slimmer automatic movement that powers each of the timepieces. Rado has launched the all-new Captain Cook Chronograph watches in three different designs. Each model will appeal to people with different tastes, ensuring there is a perfect watch for every collector. These models retain the characteristic box shape that the Captain Cook collection is known for, making them distinguishable as being part of this collection Each watch is equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal that has been treated to be anti-reflective on both sides. The watches all exhibit chronograph features with two sub-dials. This provides the wearer with a massively increased level of functionality. Additionally, the features on the dials of these watches are treated with Superluminova. These new watches are powered by R801 automatic movements. This movement uses 37 jewels to power the five hands on the dial. It provides the watch with up to 59 hours of power reserve and has increased reliability due to its anti-magnetic Nivachron hairspring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
