The 89 th Academy Awards took place on the 26 th of February in Los Angeles this year and the world of fashion was certainly not disappointed with the glamorous gowns that were worn. With Fashion month coming to an end we thought we would wrap it up with our recommendations for a selection of watches which would make the perfect accessory for a gown worn at the Oscars.<\/p>\n

\"Versace\"\"Versace DV One Ceramic<\/a><\/h2>\n

Felicity Jones makes an entrance on the red carpet in a beautiful Dior gown. This delicate dress fashions an off white which would compliment the ceramic Versace watch. The blend of rose gold and pearly white makes the intricate patterns on the dial stand out. An exquisite feature of this watch is the diamonds for hour markers finished with sapphire crystal glass, it is a watch which showcases style and elegance and is certainly one to catch attention.<\/p>\n

Another beautiful actress making an appearance on red carpet on Sunday evening was Emma Stone in Givenchy. Her gown was tight fitted gold with tassels from the thigh down. This stunning dress would suit Rotary’s Les Originales Gold watch as its simple style would not draw attention away from the gown and would make a great accessory as it matches in colour. This watch uses internal swiss movement along with sapphire glass and is gold plated for the smooth and luxurious look.<\/p>\n

\"Citizen<\/a>\"\"Citizen Silhouette Crystal Eco-Drive Watch<\/a><\/h2>\n

Brie Larson arrived on the red carpet in true style with her Oscar de la Renta strapless number. This all black dress is the perfect combination of style and glamour as it tightly fitted with a small filly train and our personal favourite of the night. Citizen’s Silhouette crystal eco-drive watch would be the ideal choice for this unique gown.<\/p>\n

This sophisticated model fashions a crystal set around the dial and on the strap. This watch has a choice of three different bezels, sleek black, soft pearl or with a white chroma finish, however for this dress we would recommend the sleek black to match this bold gown. This silver watch has a thinner strap which gives a delicate finish which won’t draw too much attention from the dress, but add a dazzling finish.<\/p>\n

\"Junghans<\/a>\"\"Junghans Meister Classic<\/a><\/h2>\n

The gorgeous Emma Roberts appeared on the red carpet in a black and cream Armani Priv\u00e9 gown.This thin strapped vintage edge gown would suit Junghan’s Meister classic watch which delivers the beautiful charm of a vintage touch. The bold black strap of this watch will compliment the top half of Emma’s gown whilst the gold and white dial will add to the cream design at the bottom of the dress. This watch is simplistic in taste, but also stylish and would be a great addition to her attire.<\/p>\n

Michel Herbelin’s City Two Tone watch is the perfect match for this free flowing gown. The silver and light rose gold compliment the pastel colours of this dress and the mother of pearl dial commends this watch as the perfect accessory.
