Although maybe the MLS have recognised something many England managers didn’t \u2013 the two can’t play in the same team!<\/p>\n Whether Lampard or Gerrard were the best midfielder is something England fans will argue over \u2013 and the argument as to who has the best watches will be just as controversial.
