Tissot\u2019s Seastar collection<\/a> is one of the most popular with fans of the brand. The watches in this family are precisely engineered to be companions for avid adventurers with a passion for exploring the depths of the ocean. The Tissot Seastar 2000 collection is the latest addition to the Seastar family. They are said to be the ultimate Seastar models as they maintain all of the well-loved qualities of the Seastar whilst introducing several desirable features that have not been seen before in the collection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nTissot Seastar 2000 Collection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The newest additions to the Seastar collection come in three different dial shades, and all share the same core characteristics. An automatic Powermatic<\/a> 80.111 movement powers each of these watches. This movement uses 23 jewels and a patented Nivachron<\/a> balance spring to power the watch, providing each watch with a power reserve of up to 80 hours. All three of the Tissot Seastar 2000 collection watches feature an exhibition case back made of sapphire crystal to allow to wearer to view and enjoy the movement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nwatches are all water resistant up to 2000 feet (60 bar). It is the water\nresistance rating that gives these new models their name. All of the watches\nare ISO6425 certified diver\u2019s watches, meaning that they can be safely worn for\nprofessional diving without fear of damage. Each model features a screw down\ncrown and case back to aid with water resistance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each\nof the models in the Tissot Seastar 2000 collection features a black, robust, unidirectional\nrotating ceramic bezel. Ceramic is a very desirable material in watchmaking due\nto its strength and attractive appearance. All three watches have a stainless\nsteel case that measures 46mm in diameter and 15.8mm in thickness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A date aperture is positioned at 6 o\u2019clock for optimal timekeeping. Scratch resistant sapphire glass protects the dial.
