MeisterSinger<\/a> are introducing the MeisterSinger Stratoscope model in May 2021. It is a unique iteration of the brand\u2019s iconic moonphase models and features some details that are new to the brand. This model is inspired by the Aurora Borealis and features a jet black to blue gradient to create the appearance of the Northern Lights on the dial. The striking appearance of this new model will make an elegant accessory for any occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nDial<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This\nmodel is made unique by the unusually large moonphase display. The gradient\ndial shifts from jet black to blue moving from top to bottom. The image of the moon\nused in the complication is photorealistic, reflecting the precision of the\nmovement that powers it. The shades of blue used on the dial are inspired by\nthe ethereal tones of the Aurora Borealis, making the dial resemble the sky in\nthe northernmost parts of the world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dial features the iconic MeisterSinger single hand<\/a> display, showing the time using five-minute time increments. MeisterSinger believe in experiencing time rather than keeping track of every second, so this feature makes this model a quintessential MeisterSinger creation. The Arabic and baton indices are luminescent to ensure that the dial can be easily read, even in the dark. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nCase<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The\ndial of the Stratoscope watch is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass\nto ensure that the watch retains its brand-new look for years to come. A\nstainless steel case frames the dial. It measures 43mm in diameter which is a\nlarger size than many standard MeisterSinger models, making this watch especially\nunique. The case back is made of sapphire glass, creating an exhibition back.\nThis allows the wearer to observe and enjoy the powerful movement within this\nwatch and its moonphase complication. This watch is water-resistant up to 50\nmetres (5 bar), ensuring that it will be able to withstand the small amounts of\nwater that it will encounter with daily wear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nwatch is secured on the wrist with a brown leather strap. The strap features small\nwhite contrast stitches close to the lugs. It fastens with a pin buckle to\nensure a comfortable fit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nMovement and The Moonphase Complication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This watch is powered by an MS Luna movement. This movement is based on the Sellita SW 220 automatic movement. It has a 38-hour power reserve. This movement has been precisely designed to ensure that the moonphase complication is as accurate as possible. Most moonphase watches deviate by 8 hours per year, so they would need to be adjusted by one complete day every third year. However, the movement within the MeisterSinger Stratoscope is so precise that theoretically it will only need correcting slightly after 128 years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
