The Junghans Meister range: inspiration from tradition<\/h4>\n

Meister is a label that stands for an entire range of Jungans watches<\/a>. A balanced design, with harmonious proportions and the best movements produced at the company, were two of the main characteristics of the Meister collection<\/a> since the 1930’s. Following on from this, in the 1950’s, the watch designers addressed the challenge of reducing the production volumes of the Meister, rather focusing on producing intricate, creative timepieces.\u00a0The uniquely, steeply domed glass and dials combined with thin-walled cases in order to provide the watches with a new, elegant and graceful look. Throughout this time, Junghans were also producing a whole range of mechanical movements, such as the chronometer calibre J83, one of the finest, most accurate movements to be manufactured in Germany.<\/p>\n

The simple, smart design of the Meister range continues to please with the grace of its historical predecessors to this day. The models produced in 2018\/19 are in homage to the design philosophy and technical achievements of the.
