Lacoste watches are some of the most popular fashion watches available for men, with so many different styles and colours available, at a fantastic price point.<\/p>\n

The Lacoste brand<\/a> began back in the 1930’s, after\u00a0Ren\u00e9 Lacoste’s<\/a> days playing tennis had come to an end. Ren\u00e9 had been nicknamed “the Crocodile” due to his tenacity on the court, and he also wore a tennis shirt featuring a crocodile during his time playing the sport. His playing days came to an end in 1932 and the next year he founded La Chemise Lacoste with Andr\u00e9 Gillier<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This company was setup in order to produce the tennis shirt which he had wore on the tennis court during his playing days. By producing this shirt Lacoste became one of the earliest instances of a brand, and brand logo\/image appearing on the outside of clothing. Lacoste watches have been available since 2006 in order to capture the brands elegance inspired by sport in the form of a wristwatch.<\/p>\n

We are looking at some of our favourite men’s watches from Lacoste today, the brand offer a huge range of different watches, from the popular 12.12 collection<\/a>, to simple minimalist steel mesh pieces.<\/p>\n

A simple clean design is one of the features that make up a large amount of Lacoste watches, with the Crocodile being he main design feature on the dials. Whether it is stainless steel mesh, or rubber, these designs will be easily paired with any outfit, and be suited to an active lifestyle perfectly.<\/p>\n

This brown leather design is another variant on the classic mesh design mentioned previously. The combination of the brown leather strap, the blue dial and the gold case make this a fantastic design. On the right, a classic lacoste design, the black accents make this watch stand out as being different from the rest, a great sporty twist on a stainless steel base.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year, Lacoste released their 85th anniversary models, with a black version<\/a> also available.
