A New Movement
One of the biggest updates is hidden inside the watch.
The GWR-B3000 introduces TOUGH MVT.2, a new analogue movement developed by G-SHOCK.
The movement is designed to deal with shocks and magnetic fields. If the watch takes a hard impact, it can detect the shock and correct the position of the hands.
It can also detect strong magnetic fields and protect the movement from their effects.
It’s another example of G-SHOCK finding clever ways to make its watches even tougher.
Powered by Light
Like many of G-SHOCK’s most advanced watches, the GWR-B3000 uses Tough Solar technology.
This means the watch can use light to generate the power it needs. You won’t need to regularly replace the battery.
It also features Multiband 6, which keeps the watch synchronised with radio-controlled time signals.
There’s also Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to connect the watch to your smartphone and access additional features.

The dial has a matte, textured finish that helps reduce reflections. This makes the hands and markers easier to see, even in bright conditions.
The dial is protected by sapphire crystal, which is highly resistant to scratches. There’s also an anti-reflective coating to help keep everything clear.
For darker conditions, the watch features a high-brightness LED light.
The GRAVITYMASTER Look
The GWR-B3000 has a very distinctive look. The case has a technical, almost mechanical appearance. You can see elements of the protective structure around the watch, giving it that unmistakable G-SHOCK feel.

The GWR-B3000A-2A brings a much bolder look. It combines a silver-toned case with a blue ion-plated bezel and blue detailing, giving the watch a sporty pop of colour. It’s a great choice if you want the technical GRAVITYMASTER design but with something that stands out a little more.
Then there’s the GWR-B3000B-8A, which takes things in a darker direction. The black and grey colour way gives it a more understated, stealthy look while keeping the same technology underneath.
