An Interview with Movado Watches
How are things going for your brand so far this year?
Things are great for the brand, in a market where many competitors have struggled this year we as a brand are continuing the strengthen our position in the market. We are currently the number 1 gents fashion brand for watches sub £500.
What makes your brand unique?
We have a number of new and exciting models coming out for Christmas. We currently have the Full blue navigator watch on a stunning Milanese bracelet. The watch will feature as the advertised piece at this years GQ man of the year awards.
Which is your favourite watch currently?
My favourite watch currently is from the jackson collection, grey with rose slim fitting case on a leather strap the watch is a classic look that looks great with any outfit.
Have you noticed any consumer trends over the last 6 months?
The consumer trends seem to suggest that gold and bi-colour watches are making a come back.
Do you have any new models coming out before Christmas?
We have added to gold IP bracelet models and a Bi colour bracelet model to the range for Christmas.
Has Brexit affected your brand? if so how?
Brexit has caused consumers to be more careful with there money, expendable income for luxury products may now be needed for other necessities. Although we feel the quality and design of our products will give customers the assurance that when they do spend there money they are getting quality.
