Delivery Information
For items listed as in stock, your order should be completed before 4:00pm (Monday-Friday) on the day of despatch to be eligible for next day delivery or before 11:30am on Saturday for delivery Monday. Please note that all orders must pass our security policy before they are despatched and we must be able to take payment successfully, if this is not possible we will email or send an SMS with further instructions. For other items, a delivery estimate will be shown where possible. If we feel we are unable to adhere to the timescale after you place your order we will contact you to make you aware and allow you to change your order if necessary. The watch was purchased as a present for my wife. She had already seen the watch at a local shop so I knew that she would like it.
I choose to order from First Class Watches due to the layout and ease of use of their website, and the price. I am so pleased that I did!
Initially I was emailed that there may be a slight delay in me receiving the watch, but this turned out to be a pre-emptive email as the watch actually arrived in good time. I recieved status updates each step of the way, and when I emailed a question I received a specific non-automated answer. When the watch arrived there was a slight issue however it was not a problem as it was resolved quickly and professionally.
I will certainly be using FCW in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
