Changing Time Zones

I don't know about you but when we go abroad for our holiday, I often don't bother changing back to UK time for a couple of weeks. Perhaps because I didn't want the holiday to end. How do you deal with changing time zones?

You should try a dual time watch, Pulsar, Seiko, Junghans, Casio some are analogue and digital
